• All online orders are final once placed.
  • NO revisions will be allowed.

• Designers will choose flowers/Balloons/ribbon as close to your color choice as possible.
• No substitutions can be made, beyond what is stated in the package. If you would like customizations, please call our shop: 320-846-1166 to place your order.
• Packages contain RENTAL Products. All Rental items must be returned to Creations, the Monday Following the event.

Do you deliver and set up these Packages?

In order to keep things as budget friendly as possible, Creations does not offer Delivery or Setup with these Packages. Everything will come prepped and ready to set out! You or an Appointed Contact Person, can pick everything up from Creations Showroom prior to the event. 

( PLEASE NOTE: Sunday Event Pickups must be done Saturday.)

How far out do you need my order?

To ensure that we can get all of the product ordered we need orders a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the delivery/pick up date. 

Can I customize these Packages?

These Packages are designed to provide easy event decor at the best possible pricing. In order to do so Creations collections can not be customized unless stated in the collection description.
